Biography
Arthur Bair was born in 1912. He was the son of James Edward Kennedy and Eunice Emmarantha Bair. He passed away in 1912.He was a resident of Florence , South Carolina, since 1942. He owned a family grocery store and was a lifetime Mason of the Amity Masonic Lodge.
