Sarah Elizabeth Kennedy was born on 21 Dec 1878 in Union, Washington, Kentucky, United States, daughter of James William Kennedy (1840–1925) and Elizabeth Dorman .

MRS. SALLY HICKS
- Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Ft. Mitchell Baptist Church for Mrs. Sally Hicks, native of Union and resident of Ft. Mitchell, who died Sunday at St. Augustine, Fla., where she had been for the winter. Burial will be in Union Cemetery.
- Mrs. Hicks, 70, was the widow of Sam Hicks, former Union auto dealer. She leaves three sons, James Hicks, Park Hills; Harvey Hicks, Edgewood, and Sam Hicks, Elizabethtown; three daughters, Mrs. George Vallandingham, Mt. Sterling; Mrs. Nathan Brockman, Ft. Mitchell and Mrs. Peter Hutchinson, Edgewood, and 11 grandchildren.
- Friends may call at the Taliaferro funeral home, Erlanger, after 3 p.m. Tuesday.
