Biography
James was born on 28 Jun 1798 in Elizabeth Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Martin Kennedy and Rebecca Sill.[1]
By 1800, James' father had moved the family to Middlesex Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania.[2]
