- Fact: Burial Whiteside Church Cemetery , South Cambridge, Washington County, New York, USA
"Eldred Orvill Kenyon, 1811-1852, , son of Perry Kenyon, m. about 1832, Sophia Tilton, 1813-1900, dau. of John Tilton. They lived on the present John Rogers farm on the road from Center Cambridge to West Cambridge. The location is just a short distance east of the old Perry Kenyon home. Eldred and Sophia and their children are buried in Whiteside Cemetery. Their children were:
- Thomas Everett Kenyon, 1835
- Richard Kenyon, 1836
- Henry Kenyon, 1839-1918. Unmarried.
- Isaac Kenyon, 1841-1921. Unmarried.
- Juliana Kenyon, 1843
- Sarah S. Kenyon, 1845
- John E. Kenyon, 1851-1863
- Mary E. Kenyon, 1853. Died in infancy.
Henry and Isaac remained on the family farm. Their niece, Daisy Brownell, lived with them in their old age." [1]
