Ann and her twin were born 10 Oct 1886, to William Kenyon and Emma (Sheldon) Kenyon in Wakefield, Rhode Island.[1][2]
Her mother died on 12 Oct 1886, and her father died on 16 Dec 1887.[1]
In July of 1887 Ann, her twin sister, and brother George, were informally adopted by Emma's sister, Elizabeth Clark (Sheldon) Allen and her husband Edward Tracy Allen.[1]
