DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Sarah by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Sarah:
Anne McKee Niles in her article "Elizabeth3 (Tucker) (Nash) (Niles) Kenyon of Westerly, South Kingston, and Charlestown Rhode Island and Stonington, Connecticut", The American Genealogist 76 (2001):248-256 page 251-2 states that John Kenyon married Elizabeth (Tucker) (Nash) Niles. Ms. Niles wrote that in his will, dated 22 May 1774, family members mentioned included his daughter Sarah Larken and his grandson Kinyon Larken.
Ms. Niles records this John as John3 Kenyon (James2, John1).
As per the source below Sarah's father is John Kenyon, not the James that is cited in her current profile. I would like to change this unless there is an objection.

Kinyon, Sarah (daughter of John) of Charlestown married Nicholas Larkin (son of Edward) of Westerly on December 18, 1740. Charlestown Town Council-Vitals 1738-1759:60
Kenyon-1035 and Kenyon-387 appear to represent the same person because: same first name, last name, maiden name, both born Rhode Island, same spouse, same marriage date.
Ms. Niles records this John as John3 Kenyon (James2, John1).
