Hey Robert,

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few features you may find useful.

Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards .

If you need to describe an event, heirloom or a location relevant to your research, try Free Space Profiles .

If you run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving these unfortunate situations.

A project of note is the Global Family Reunion check it out at Global Family Reunion.

Questions? Ask via my profile page. Mags

Hi Robert, and welcome to WikiTree! You mentioned ancestors in the United Kingdom. I wanted to let you know we have a great new project that focuses on the UK here called United Kingdom Project It would be a great place for you to get involved once you have settled into WikiTree.

You may find some of your ancestors are already on WikiTree and the people in the United Kingdom Project will be happy to help you in any way they can.

Thank you so much for joining WikiTree. Good luck with your research.

If these are people in your research , you can upload them here . As for wives with no maiden names, use " Unknown" .

They may already be on here and your GedMatches will show that when you upload a gedcom. .

Lots of female ancestors, daughters of Robert Kenyon (1837 Oldham, Lancs.) and Robert Kenyon (1805 Lancs.). Also don't know anything about wives. Robert 1837 married Annie Sawyer (1839 Stalybridge) and Rober 1805 married Mary Greaves (1806). Any connection, please advise.

Hi I noticed you uploaded a GEDCOM. Here's a link to a great step-by-step of the process including screenshots that you might find helpful.

The help pages give lots of information about the process, best to start with 'Before you import a GEDCOM'.

Thanks, Bill
