Biography

John was born in 1911, the son of Sidney John Keown and Margaret Esther Gell. ^[1]

In 1940, in Victoria, he married Phyllis Edna Lawrence (1916-1986). ^[2]

John passed away in 1966,^[3] aged 55. ^[4]

Following a service on 22nd April 1966, his remains were crematated at Fawkner, and the ashes placed in Altona Memorial Park, at Fountain Court, Wall WD, Niche 168. ^[3][5]
