There are only 3 months between her birth and the birth of her brother. There was probably a typographical error that occurred when transcribing one of their birth years. I am leaving her birth year as it was in the census, until I can confirm it is different through another source.
Head of the Household Johann Konrad Kerbel, age 32, from household #66
Wife Katharina Louisa Kerbel, age 40
Child #1 Johann Philipp Kerbel, deceased 1820, no age given, born after 1816
Child #2 Anna Margaretha Kerbel, age 15
Child #3 Maria Barbara Kerbel, age 14
Child #4 Henrietta Kerbel, age 12
Child #5 Philipp Jakob Kerbel, age 11
Child #6 Johann Nikolaus Kerbel, age 9
Child #7 Johann Jakob Kerbel, age 6
Child #8 Katharina Margaretha Kerbel, age 4
Child #9 Katharina Elisabeth Kerbel, age 2
Child #10 Anna Elisabeth Kerbel, age 6 weeks
Brother Johann Philipp Kerbel, age 35, from household #66
Wife of Brother Katharina Elisabeth Kerbel, age 25
Child #11 Katharina Louisa Kerbel, age 10, by first wife
Child #12 Katharina Elisabeth Kerbel, age 7, by first wife
Child #13 Georg Friedrich Kerbel, age 1 year 9 months
Child #14 Katharina Margaretha Kerbel, age 1 year 6 months
Obviously there was an error in the transcription of the ages of the last two children, as two children who were not twins cannot have birthdays only 3 months apart. Georg Friedrich was probably almost 3 instead of 2.
