Biography
Alexander was born in 1888 in Drumgurland, Islandmagee, County Antrim, Ireland, the twin son of Thomas Kerr and Sarah Jane Wylie. His birth was registered by Annie Kerr of Drumgurland.[1] He was baptised on 01-Feb-1888 in 2nd Islandmagee Presbyterian Church.[2]
In 1901 the twins were living with their family in Portmuck, Islandmagee[3] and by 1911 they had moved to Drumgurland.[4]
