There have been multiple Findagrave records. There is currently an entry (below) in Ontario from Canadian Headstones that shows her tombstone. This location was previously an entry/memorial on Findagrave that has since been deleted. Inquiries sent to current manager of FG record to determine if the Ontario entry is really a cenotaph and disposition of ashes are (as in current FG record) unknown, or in Ontario.
