Biography
Mary Ann was born about 1862 to John and Deborah Kershaw in Todmorden, West Yorkshire. She was Christened on April 7. 1871.
Mary Ann married John Parker Oct-Dec, 1883 in Todmorden, W. Yorkshire.
At the 1891 census, at age 29 Mary Ann lived with husband John Parker at 34 & 42 Bottoms, Walsden with their three children Deborah (7), John (5), and Margaret "Maggie" (3).
By 1901, Mary Ann, now 39), lived at 7 Back Rochdale Road, Walsden with husband John. The family had grown to six children with the addition of Edward, Martha, and Tom. Martha was a cotton cloth weaver.
At the 1911 census, Mary Ann and John still live at 7 Back Rochdale Road with four of their children: Deborah (now Harris), Edward, Martha Ann, and Tom Parker.
Mary Ann Parker died July - Sept 1920. Her death was recorded in Rochdale.
