Mrs. Tuffs was born in Ohio and came to Michigan when she was six years old to live near Jamestown. At the death of her husband, Alonzo, she came here to live. She was a member of the Buchanan Avenue United Brethern church. Surviving besides the daughter are three sons, Fred, Phineas and William; a sister, Mrs. Lavina Ewings, all of Grand Rapids; 11 grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Hildreth funeral home Monday at 3 p.m. with the Rev. I .E. Runk officiating. Burial will be in the Jamestown cemetery. Object: @M994@
