Edwin R. Kester was born 17 Jun 1844, New Jersey. He is a son of Herman Kester and Sarah Tharp.
He married Elizabeth Catherine Clum, 18 Feb 1869 in Tremont, Tazewell County, Illinois.
In Jun 1900, Edwin, Elizabeth, and their son Alvin resided in Centerville Township, Neosho County, Kansas. [1]
Edwin Kester passed away 23 May 1902, in Parsons, Labette County, Kansas. He is buried in the West Bethany Cemetery, Neosho County, Kansas. [2]
