Biography
Frank Lacy Kester was born 06 Oct 1922, in West Virginia.
In 1930 the family resided in Rock, Mercer County, West Virginia. Parents John and Flossie, children Elmer, Frank, and Vilda. Also living with them was Flossie's son Arthur. [1]
He married Irene Gullion, 1944 in Mercer County, West Virginia. [2]
Frank passed away 20 Aug 2002, Mercer County, West Virginia. He is buried in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia. [3]
