Attaching Hannah to John and Elizabeth (Allen) Kettle is probably an error. The births of this couple's children 1654-1665 were recorded at Gloucester. per VItal Records of Gloucester, MA 1639-1849 (online). Births occurred in the following months and years: Mar. 1654 (spelling Kittell); Apr. 1656; Feb. 1658; Mar. 1660; Apr. 1662; March 1665. None were named Hannah. John's wife Elizabeth was born ca. Sept. 1634. Not enough room to squeeze in a daughter Hannah. Improbable that birth of one child of this couple during this decade was not recorded at Gloucester. While many decades old, claim of a daughter Hannah for this couple has not been documented.

See the 2022 comment posted to Thomas Larkum (abt.1651-1718), by Charles Clark,
Efforts to fit Larkum's wife Hannah Kettle into a Kettle family of New England were unsuccessful. It is possible that Thomas' first wife Hannah was the first wife of Nathaniel Kettle.
