Biography

As was traditional in the Key family, he was a great musician and fiddle player. He could play three songs at once and each was distinguishable.

I'm thankful for knowing him, playing music with him. He was a wonderful man that worked hard at and for his religion, The Salvation Army.

William was born in 1904. He passed away in 1980. [1]

The updated information about Uncle Willies birthplace has been changed to reflect modern terminology and does not match the bible record of his father and mother, Rufus and Jossie martin Key. The original bible page" records his birth as, Pickins, Indian Territory (now Oklahoma) and is important for his real family birth records.

Thank you, Dean Anderson, for your input. However bible record must be retained also. Dale W. Key, 28 Apr 2021.
