Biography

Rollan was born on 1 May 1920 in Arkansas.^[1] He was the son of Robert Mashack Kidwell (abt.1896-abt.1923) and Della Mae (Yates) Gillow (abt.1901-abt.1977). He wasn't yet 3 when his father died.

In 1930 Rollan was living in Sugar Creek, Greene County, Arkansas with his mother and step-father. ^[1][2] In 1935 Rolland was living in Light, Green, Arkansas.^[3]

He married Ethel Cooley in 1936.^[4]

By 1938 he was living in Suisun, Solano County, California.^[3][5]

In 1944, he married Ardith Mae Patterson in Sacramento, California.^[6]

Rolland died at the age of 40 on 19 February 1961 in Rural Kimberly, Twin Falls, Idaho.^[7][8] He is buried at Sunset Memorial Park in Twin Falls County, Idaho.^[9][10]
