Jack married Joan POCOCK, daughter of a male, name unknown and Myrtle Victoria Constance Winifred POCOCK, in 1944 in Hay (R/D), New South Wales, Australia.

Joan was born in 1923 and died in 2011 at age 88.

They had four children: Doreen Janette, Joan Lynette, Marjorie, and Christine Ann.
