↑ Due diligence: americanancestors.org's collection of vital records turns up nothing for Elizabeth Kilborn in 1718 in any town they have, which includes Lancaster, and nothing is found in Lancaster VRs for any Kilborn, Kilborne, Kilbourn, etc., prior to 1740. I believe this unsourced date is bogus. Chances are Elizabeth is the daughter of Jacob Kilbourne and Dorcas Harris of Rowley, bp. 3 Mar 1722-3. This family moved to Lancaster "some years earlier" than 17 Feb 1744-5 when the mother was formally dismissed to Lancaster, and brothers Joseph and Isaac are frequently found in the Lancaster records, just not prior to 1740. Source:Jewett, Amos Everett. Early Settlers of Rowley, Massachusetts (1933) has the baptism listed, but no further information on Elizabeth.
