John William Kile was born on October 15, 1792 in Sugarloaf Township, Columbia, Pennsylvania, United States, son of John William Kile (1765–1852) and Maria Catherina Hess (1765–~1830).

John married Elizabeth Fritz (born on September 22, 1790 in Sugarloaf Township, USA). Their children were:

John died on October 12, 1869 in Sugarloaf Township, aged 76. He was buried in Saint Gabriel Cemetery, Benton, Columbia County, Pennsylvania.[1]
