Evelyn Killen Craig, 86, of Dahlonega, Ga., formerly of Killen, Ala., died Monday, March 10, 2008, in Dahlonega, Ga., after an extended illness. She was born in Lawrence County, Tenn. She worked for Robins Floor Covering Co., for 10 years. She attended Faith Tabernacle Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert V. Killen and Sallie L. Thompson Killen, and one brother, Robert Clinton Killen. Survivors are daughter, Alice Rowena McDonald, of Dahlonega, Ga.; brother, W.O. (Neal) Killen and wife, Alice, of Lexington, Ala.; sisters, Ruth Pettus, of Lexington, Ala., Dean Tomaszewski and husband, Ray, of Tuscumbia, Ala.; granddaughter, Vickie Burns and husband, David; four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2008, at Greenhill Funeral Home chapel, with Brother Marcus Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Pettus Cemetery, Lexington. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2008, at Greenhill Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Mark Pettus, Tim Thomas, Gary Tomaszewski and Hunter Killen.
