Eugene Leonard Killian was born on Nov. 11, 1921 to Adolph Killian and Jessie Christiansen.
Eugene served in the U. S. Navy as Ships Cook 1/c, CSG1. He first enlisted on Aug. 11, 1943 serving until Apr. 23, 1946. He re-enlisted on Apr. 24, 1946 and served until Apr. 23, 1950. He again re-enlisted on Jul. 27, 1950 and served until Jul. 26, 1954 when he was honorably discharged.[1]
Eugene died on May 18, 1958 and is buried at the Ivy Green Cemetery in Bremerton, Washington.
