Biography

John was born about 1868. He is the son of James Killoran and Ellen Keane.

A John Killoran of about the correct age (47 in 1916) crossed the border to Detroit, Michigan 14 Jan 1916; occupation, salesman. The immigration card says that he was born in Conroy, Ontario, which is between St. Marys and Stratford, Ontario, not far from where the Killorans lived. This form also cites an Elizabeth Killoran who was a sister-in-law in St. Marys. (Note that he did not cross in Vermont, that is simply where the records were listed.) [1]
