Biography

Mary Elizabeth was born while her parents were living in Goderich, Ontario, on the shore of Lake Huron. Her father was a practicing barrister and can be found in the 1921 Census of Canada in that town, living on Nelson Street. ^[1]

She died of diphtheria in April of 1920, apparently in Toronto while staying at 44 Oriole Rd. (which is currently called Deer Park), although her parents were still living in Goderich. The doctor reporting her death was Dr. J.F.L. Killoran, who was her Uncle Leo, James's younger brother. Her age was given as 6 years, 5 months. ^{[2] [3]}

On May 3, 1920, there was an obituary for Mary Elizabeth Kathleen Killoran in The Globe and Mail, published in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. ^[4]

Mary Elizabeth is currently buried in Avondale Cemetery in Stratford, Ontario, Canada with her parents, James Lawrence Killoran and Violet Cameron. ^[5]
