He was first married on 06 September 1863 to Lucy Mae Dickinson. He married 2nd on 03 July 1873 to Mrs. Lydia (David) Dorwin. He married (3rd) on 26 December 1911 to Alida Peterson, and they had a son Woodrow Wilson Kimball.
