Biography

David was born in Ontario, Canada in 1878. His parents were John Henry Kimball and Sarah Emily Chard. His father died in 1881. David's mother remarried to John Wesley Collier in Michigan in 1883. David was raised in the household of Mr. Collier, who was the only father he knew. In 1900, David married Cora Diehl, who had a 4-yr old daughter, Fannie. After they were married, they lived briefly with David's mother and stepfather. He passed away in 1924.
