Persis was born about 1818, New York. She was married about 1834 to David Parker, as his 2nd wife. They had a son Marquis born in 1835 and a son Loren born about 1845. The older son Edson was born about 1831 back in Vermont, so he would be a son by David's first wife.
The 1855 New York State Census says that she was 36 years old and born in Jefferson County, New York (and had been a resident of Alexandria for 23 years): https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/7181/images/005207143_00119?pId=1654544227
During the 1860 Census they had a "servant" living with them named Emeline Kimball who was most likely a niece of Persis (Kimball) Parker. Emeline is listed as daughter of Nathaniel Kimball in the 1850 Census, so Nathaniel Kimball (b. 1816?) is presumably a brother of Persis (https://www.ancestry.com/family-tree/person/tree/27444987/person/12935473584/facts). Nathaniel Kimball lived at Theresa, Jefferson County, New York, during the 1850 Census: https://www.ancestry.com/discoveryui-content/view/19904857:8054?_phsrc=DBj3581&_phstart=successSource&gsfn=Nathaniel&gsln=Kimball&ml_rpos=1&queryId=a60fa1c727feaa2b6c1cf8e0c07517de
Her gravestone says that she was the 2nd wife of David Parker.
