Oliver Elmer Kimball was born about September 13, 1910 in Evansville, Rock, Wisconsin, USA, son of Walter Kimball (1871– ) and Ida C Martin (~1883– ).^[1] Oliver (22) married Vida Vail (21) (born on February 19, 1911 in Kellerton, Ringgold County, Iowa, USA; daughter of James William Vail and Martha Elizabeth Hackett) in 1933 in Camas, WA.^[2] Their children were:

• Richard Kimball (1935–1935)
• James Walter Kimball (>1935–2007)
• Theodore Mark Kimball (1937–2012)
• Evelyn Gail Kimball (1939–2017)

Oliver Next married Evelyn Mae Shoe (born on February 26, 1915 in Bentley, Bay, Michigan, USA; daughter of Harry Guy Shoe and Fannie Adell Howey).
