Abraham Kimberley may have been the son of Abraham Kimberley, a Wotton-under-Edge shoemaker born circa. 1555.[1] If they were not father and son then they were most likely closely related.
He married Katherine Howe on October 4, 1602.[2] They had:
Thomas, bp. June 24, 1604 at Wotton-under-Edge,[3] immigrant to New England
John, bp. September 14, 1606 at Wotton-under-Edge (twins)[4]
Elizabeth, bp. September 14, 1606 at Wotton-under-Edge (twins)[4]
On May 13, 1617 his widow Katherine Kimberly was granted administration of his goods. Overseers were "John Seaborne als Hopkins" of Wotton-under-Edge, and "Johem Howe" (ie. John), a weaver of Wotton-under-Edge.[5]
