Family #30 in the 1834 Grimm census.
She was born after 1798 and married before the 1834 census was taken, which means that her name was never captured in a census with her parents and siblings. That said, she did have a child out of wedlock. That son, Christian Jakob, is listed in the 1834 census, and a footnote gives his mother's name, Katharina.
Her birth year in this profile is an estimate based on the age of her child, the ages of her brothers, and the number of years between the births of each brother. Katharina was almost certainly the eldest sibling. With a birth year of early 1814, she could have had a child in late 1829 when she was 15 or almost 16. Even that seems a little young, but if she were born before 1814, that would leave a larger gap between her and her next oldest sibling. The likelihood that she was born after 1819 is small, since that would mean she was a mother at 9 or 10 in 1829.
The father of her son is never named in the census records. There is a possibility his name can be found on Christian Jakob's church birth record, but those records are not yet available to the general public. It appears that the child went by his mother's surname, rather than his father's.
Her parents and brothers moved to the village of Oberdorf in 1852, but her son Christian Jakob stayed behind in Grimm with his wife and daughter. That is probably in part due to the fact that his mother remained in Grimm with her husband and her children with him. He may have also been close to his father. Whatever the reason, there was a stronger bond for him in Grimm than with his grandparents and uncles, and that caused Christian Jakob to remain in Grimm.
1834 Grimm Census, Family #30
Although her family moved to Oberdorf in 1852, she was likely married and remained in Grimm. Her son Christian Jakob Kimmel also remained in Grimm and is listed in the 1857 census. I am including that census here so we can connect her to her son and grandchildren to whom she would otherwise not show a link.
