Note:Samuel had two wives. His first wife is our great grandmother Christena Stauffer. They had six sons - one who died very young - including our grandfather Arnold Charles.<p><p>His second wife was AddaLowe Glover. They had two daughters:
*Aunt Mae C. . She was born January 10, 1901 and died October 9, 1973. She is buried in Zion Cemetery in Clarington OH. Aunt Mae could talk a blue streak and batted her eye lashes as she spok
e. She loved company and baking cookies. All her life she wanted an indoor bathroom, but never had one. Aunt Mae married Austin Ebert on September 24, 1927. He had a very bad temper, but was a
handsome man. They had the following children:
Ruth - born 8/9/28;married Samuel Baldwin on 11/9/46.
Betty - born 12/31/31; married Clyde Edwin Datkuliak on 6/30/51.
Harold - married Marjorie Carpenter on 6/3/56.
Donald - born 5/12/36; married Carolyn Hedger on 3/25/60.
Vernon - born 6/1/38; married Thelma Eileen Formi on 6/27/64.
Karen Sue - born 4/27/48 - Down's Syndrome; died 10/29/54; buried in Zion Cemetery.
*Mary S.. She was born in 1908. She was alive in September, 1980. I know this from two letters she
sent to mother at that time. Her handwriting was great. She married Charles Brock on 11/17/1929.
They had four children:
Paul - Eddie born 4/17/1934; married Betty Carpenter.
Raymond - born 6/27/40; married Grace Avet.
Larry - born 11/5/43; divorced.
Sharon - born 10/11/46; married Herschel Smith.
