Olys Evelyn Kincaid was born on 03 June 1925 in Bessemer, Jefferson County, Alabama.[1] She was the daughter of Dr. John L. Kincaid and Olys Nix.[2][3][4]
She married Robert Travis Hildreth on 07 June 1947 in Jefferson County, Alabama.[5] They were the parents of three children.[4]
She obtained a Masters Degree in education and was head of the Vocational Education Department at Midfield High School in the Midfield community of Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama. After retirement, she was a volunteer for Ronald McDonald House, the Birmingham Botanical Gardens and Aldridge Gardens of Hoover, and a Friend of Hoover Library.[4]
She passed away on 01 Jul 2013 in Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama.[1] At her request, after her death her body was donated to medical science.[4]
