Biography

Upshar was born in 1682, the son of John King and his wife Ellianor.^[1] NOTE: The MD archive entry notes that he was born in the afternoon, and shows what is presumed to be an original correction changing the month of birth from November (scratched out) to October.

—Son Zerebel [Zorobable] and heirs: residue of aforesaid tract on south side of brother.

—Son Planner and heirs: "King's Chase," part of "Gullets Advisement," 50 acres on south sic of Traiding Branch.

—Son Jesse and heirs: residue of "Gullet's Advisement," 100 acres of "Indian Bones," both tracts on north side of aforesaid branch.

Wife (unnamed) to serve as executrix.
