1859 Birth

Thomas was born 15th February 1859 in Christchurch. [1] His parents were Thomas King and Margaret Robson.

Thomas King lived in Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand.

1882 Marriage Thomas married Elizabeth Thompson on the 27th November 1882. [2] A copy of the Marriage Certificate records they married in the house of Mr Thompson in Sydenham. Thomas was a 23 year old Butcher and his residence was in Philipstown, Christchurch. His father was Thomas King , a Blacksmith, and his mother was Margaret Anne Robson. Elizabeth was a 23 year old Spinster of Sydenham, Christchurch, and her father was John Thompson, a Moulder, and her mother was Elizabeth Geary. Witnesses were John Thomas Thompson, Moulder of Addington, Sydenham, and Marina Mary Thompson.

1932 Death Thomas died 1st July 1932 and is buried in Block 2H Plot 27 at Sydenham Cemetery. The funeral notice in the Press tells us that son William lived in Roker Street. [3][4] [5]
