James was born in France, probably Paris.[1]
Children of James King, 4th Baron Kingston and Elizabeth Meade
- Margaret d. 29 Jan 1763
- William d. 7 Dec 1755
- Elizabeth.
He died on 28th December 1761 in Hampshire.[2] Most of his estate went to his only surviving child Margaret as his wife Isabella died just before him. His will included sundry bequests to:[3]
- granddaughter Caroline Fitzgerald
- nephew James Butler's sons Robert, Edmund, John and George
- any sons his nephew Gerald Alexander Butler might have.
