Biography
Frances was baptised on 10 June 1779 at the Harbour Grace Anglican Church the daughter of William and Elizabeth. The record indicates they were residents of Blackhead but there was a group from Broad Cove, Blackhead and Western Bay who all traveled together to Harbour Grace to baptise their children that day. Everyone in the group was included under "Blackhead.".
