Leana married Edward Marra in 1919 [2][3]

An enjoyable evening was spent at Mrs E. Marra's, 35, Kensington Avenue, on Saturday, when a birthday tea was given in honour of her sister, Miss E. King. The room was beautifully decorated and arranged. After tea the evening was spent pleasurably with dancing, games, card tricks and ventriloquism. King; Mesdames E. Marra and H. G. Shaw; Messrs E. Marra, Z. Kay, G. Munro, G. King, G. Woods, C. R. Thomas and F. Frost. STAR (CHRISTCHURCH), ISSUE 18204, 11 JULY 1927, PAGE 13 [1]
