Obituary

Paul Leonard King, son of Jacob S and Ella Mae (Byler) King, was born at Belleville, PA., Apr. 11, 1920; died unexpectedly at Elkhart, Ind., of a heart attack after passing out awards at an assembly on the last day of school, June 3, 1970; aged 50 y. 1 m. 23d.

On Apr. 1, 1944, he was married to Pauline C. Yoder, who survives.

On Sept. 18, 1949, he was ordained minister and served the Rockton and Springville Mission congregations.

Surviving are 6 children (Susanne, Titus, Daniel, James, John, and David), one brother (Samuel), and 4 sisters (effie Mrs. Aaron S. Yoder, Jr., Verna Mrs. Erie Renno, Lydia Mrs. Jos. W. Yoder, and Ruth).

He was a member of the College Church where a memorial service was held June 6 with John Mosemann, Robert Detweiler, and Levi C Hartzler officiating; interment in the Elkhart Prairie Cemetery.[1]
