What is the source for her parents? The NEHGR article which documents her husband's family does not name them. Her FindAGrave is not sourced. There is not so much as christening record for her at FamilySearch, and her parents' profiles seem to be full of family myth and fancies.
A search at Ancestry reveals some twenty christening records between 1535 and 1555 for a Margaret or Margery King:
-1539, Suffolk
-1540, Hereford, father Walter
-1542, Devon, father Robti
-1543, Hereford
-1543, Norfolk
-1546, Devon, father Johis(?)
-1549, Norfolk
-1550, Dorset
-1550, Suffolk, father William
-1551, Hereford, father Johannis
-1552, Gloucester, father John
-1555, Dorset, father Thomas
As you see, there is one with a father named Thomas, but she is a bit on the young side to be the wife of Thomas Morse, and born in Dorset, not Essex.
