Julia died in 1941. According to the inscription on his gravestone, Edward died on 17 March 1967. He was laid to rest next to his wife, Julia, in the Mount Olivet Cemetery in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee. His Find-a-Grave memorial has a photo of their shared gravestone.[5]
