Lucy married Liberty Dodge Packard 15 Sep 1853 in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Liberty was born 13 September 1831 to Liberty and Mary Packard in
Damariscotta, ME; he died 5 January 1895, in Mansfield, MA.[3] They had the following children:[4]
Arthur True Cass ... married, May 16, 1894, Mary Wallace Packard, born September 10, 1869, at South Boston, Massachusetts, daughter of Liberty Dodge and Lucy A. (Kingman) Packard. She is a graduate of Lasell seminary, Auburndale, class of 1889, and also of Emerson College of Oratory, Boston. She is a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church; of the Woman's Club of Tilton, and Liberty Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, of Tilton, of which she is vice-regent. Their children are: Kingman Packard, born April 1, 1898; William True, May 27, 1899; Esther Elizabeth, April 10, 1903.[5]
