Biography
When Sarah Kingsley was born on September 3, 1708, in Northampton, Massachusetts, her father, Samuel Kingsley, was 34, and her mother, Mary (Hutchinson) Kingsley, was 32. [1] She married Nathaniel Clark II on October 31, 1728, in her hometown. [2] They had five children in 18 years. Joel Clark, born 1731, Sarah Clark, born 1735, Lucy Clark, born 1737, Nathaniel Clark, born 1749. and Phebe Clark, born 1749. She died on May 4, 1791, in Northampton, Massachusetts, having lived a long life of 82 years, and was buried there.[3]
