I added a source and a paragraph from the source for James Roquemore. I am hoping I did this correctly. Let me know if I should format it differently, please. Sherry

Thanks for your note on Thomas Welborn, "Your Col. John Welborn (Welborn-141) is listed as a son of Thomas Welborn (Welborn-427) and actually John is a BROTHER of Thomas Welborn instead of being his son. I double checked to confirm at FamilySearch https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/2:2:3FHW-78L and realize this info comes as a submission to the Mormon church."
I looked at the link and see it was sourced from an unsourced Ancestry Tree. More research to do for sure! Thanks very much!

I agree that Moore-11868 and Moore-5035 are not the same person. I don't know who added Matilda to 11868 because she is daughter of 5035 and probably the daughter of Phoebe Osborne and DNA is indicating this also.
Here is what I mailed the lady named Kay who wants to merge these two William Moore's: I do not believe these two William Moore's are the same. William Moore who died in 1848 in Laurens County, SC, (moore-11868) left a will with the following descendants, which do not match the descendants you have listed on the Moore-5035 profile. Additionally, this William's wife is most likely Phoebe Osborne- which DNA is confirming. Moore-5035 has NC sources.
Thanks for your help and collaboration on this profile!
