His birth year and place are unknown but assumed to be in Ireland and entered as 25 years before his son Joseph was baptised in 1734 to place him in time.

1772: Deed between John Tumadine Esq of the City of Dublin and Parr Kingsmill Esq of the City of Kilkenny concerning the sale of a house in High Street Kilkenny adjoining the "Thoulsel" (Kilkenny Tholsel) to Parr Kingsmill where he was then living and mentioning Parr's 3 sons William, Joseph and George.[2]
1775: Mentioned in a deed as living in High Street, Kilkenny.[3]
1 Nov 1787: Deed between Parr Kingsmill and his son George concerning a house in High Street Kilkenny adjoining the "Thoulsel" which Parr Kingsmill had been demised by John Tumadine on 15 Dec 1772.[4]
1788: Kilkenny Directory: Kingsmill, Parr, Trimming Warehouse, High Street.
12 Jun 1794: Buried at Kilkenny St Mary's. (Burial transcript on RootIreland has Parish of Mallardstown).
This Monument was erected by GEORGE KINGSMILL of the City of Kilkenny Esq, 1st April 1789 to the Memory of his parents etc whose remains are here interred VIZ WILLIAM KINGSMILL his Grandfather who died 16th Jan 1754 aged 80 years and ELIZABETH KINGSMILL his Grandmother the 2nd of Novr 1765 aged 88 years. ANNE KINGSMILL his Mother, wife of PARR KINGSMILL of the City of Kilkenny Esq, who died 1st April 1788 aged 73 years. FRANCIS KINGSMILL his daughter the 23rd of May 1787 aged 6 weeks. Here also lieth interred the Body of the Said GEORGE KINGSMILL ESQ who died 20th June 1789, aged 34 years. Also the remains of William Kingsmill Alderman of this City, who died August the 28th 1827 in the 80th year of his age an upright and useful magistrate a faithful Husband a most affectionate parent & a sincere friend his hope of Heaven was based upon the Lord Jesus Christ the only Saviour. Also the remains of ANN KINGSTON who died the 25th of May 1831 aged 73 years. Also the remains of WILLIAM KINGSMILL Esqr son of Alderman PARR KINGSMILL of this City who departed this life March 26th 1839 Aged 19 years & 3 months
George Kingsmill died in 1789 and his widowed wife Ann remarried Thomas Kingston in 1805 and so is commemorated on the memorial as Ann Kingston.
