1735: A Memorial of Indentures of Lease and Release dated 12 and 13 Feb 1735[3] between William Kingsmill a merchant of the City of Cork, Mary his wife and Stephen Masters of the first part and Elizabeth Wilson, a widow of the City of Cork, of the other part, and between William and Mary of the first part and Thomas Brown and Robert Henderson merchants of the City of Cork of the second part, Stephen Masters of Cariknacora in the County of Cork, gent, brother and heir of William Masters late of the City of Cork, gent, of the third part and Elizabeth Wilson, widow of the City of Cork, of the fourth part reciting that the Kingsmills and Elizabeth agreed to make a sale of the inheritance of one front house, Backhouse backside and garden situated in Brown Street on the North East Marsh of the City of Cork for £150 etc etc mentioning that Wiliam Kingsmill was the grandson of Thomas Brown.
1744: Witness to a pre-marriage settlement (Anthony Lane to Mary Skyes) when a Merchant of Cork.[4]
