Rachel Elizabeth Kingston was born on 15 October 1756 in Bel Air, Maryland. [4]

Elizabeth and Elijah Shipley, Sr. were married in Bel Air, Maryland on 16 February 1782. [4]

Elizabeth lived in Sullivan County, Tennessee in the 1830 United States Census. [5]

She passed away on 10 January 1839 in Hemlock, Tennessee. [4] and is buried in the Shipley Family Cemetery in Hemlock. [6]
