Biography
Abijah was born in 1806 in the Natchez District, Mississippi Territory. He was the son of John A Kinnison and Susanna Guice. On 2 Aug 1830, in Franklin, Mississippi, he married Jane Fulton. They settled in Franklin where he worked as a farmer. They had 10 known children.
