Henry O'Neill, a bachelor of full age, a Private in the 11th Regiment, living in Devonport, s/o Henry O'Neill, a Saddler; married Marianne Kinsman, a spinster of full age of bath Street, d/o Simon Kinsman, a miner, in 1841 in Plymouth.
The witnesses were William Peter Henry White and John Bickham. [2]
John Coombs,a bachelor of full age, a Mariner of HMS California (Devonport), s/o Daniel Coombs, a labourer in the dockyard; married Mary Ann O'Neill, a spinster of full age of Charles the Martyr, d/o Simon O'Neill, the Captain of a Vessel. [3]
Note that what Mary says about her status and parentage is a complete fabrication, belied by the baptism entry for her son William O'Neill Coombes.
