Biography
Conrad's father has not been identified but his name is said to be Jacob.
From a letter written in 1965 by Mrs. Sadie Breyfogle of Ohio, granddaughter of Conrad's youngest son, John Daniel Kintner (she had Conrad's bible and listed his 12 children from it):
"He disappeared one day while at work in the fields. Conrad, a son remembered being hidden by his mother while some Colonial militia stopped on their way through with some Hessian prisoners. When he came out at night, his father had disappeared and was not heard of by his family again."
